Alphonse AutomationWebsites for service businesses

Privacy policy

We collect what we need to respond and deliver the work.

This policy explains the information Alphonse Automation receives through its public website, client communications, and service providers.

Effective July 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

We may receive:

  • Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business information, website URLs, project notes, approvals, content, images, and other materials you submit.
  • Billing identifiers, invoice status, subscription status, and limited payment details supplied by Stripe. Alphonse does not receive or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical information generated by hosting and security systems, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether the service is a fit.
  • Create previews, proposals, invoices, and production websites.
  • Deliver Managed Site Care and client support.
  • Process payments and maintain billing records.
  • Protect the website, investigate errors, and prevent abuse.
  • Meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

3. Service providers

We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help operate the business. These may include Vercel for hosting, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Stripe for payments and billing, Cloudflare or domain providers for DNS and security, and professional accounting or legal advisers.

Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or use contact-form submissions for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

The public marketing site does not currently use third-party advertising trackers. Hosting, security, embedded services, or a Stripe-hosted payment page may use cookies or similar technology needed to operate, prevent fraud, remember preferences, or complete a transaction.

5. Retention and security

We retain inquiries, project records, approvals, invoices, and operational logs for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, subject to records we must retain for legal, billing, security, or contractual reasons. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications.

7. Children

The website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or its providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].
